Eligibility:  

To be eligible for a return, the Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order and  provide a reason for the return. Returned products must be unused, in their original untarnished  packaging, and not installed or attempted to be installed. All discounted items and custom  orders are non-returnable. The Buyer is required to provide an unboxing video as proof to  process the return request. This video must start before the product is opened and run  continuously without cuts until the product is fully unpacked.  

Return Process:  

To initiate a return, please contact us via email, phone, or social media (Instagram/WhatsApp).  The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the product to our warehouse and to  ship the replacement product to the Buyer’s address. Shipping costs for returning or exchanging  goods to our warehouse and to the Buyer’s address are non-refundable and fully borne by the  Buyer. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.  

Exchange Policy:  

We only allow product exchanges; we do not offer refunds. Exchanges will only be processed  after we have received and inspected the returned item. Replacement products will be shipped  to the Buyer’s address after the original item has been received and inspected by Bold & Gold.  

Environmental Usage Restrictions:  

We recommend using the product only in indoor areas; it is not suitable for environments near  beaches, the sea, or other sources of saltwater, as salt exposure can cause corrosion and  reduce material durability. Damage from such conditions is not covered under the warranty.  

Warranty:  

Bold & Gold products come with a limited warranty against material and workmanship defects  for a period of 30 days from the purchase date. This warranty does not cover damage caused  by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.  

Limitation of Liability:  

Under no circumstances shall Bold & Gold or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect,  punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our  products or the return process. 

Entire Agreement:  

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Buyer and Bold & Gold  and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the  return of our products.  

Invalid Claims:  

Bold & Gold reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the terms and  procedures are not met, including but not limited to late reporting, absence of the required  unboxing video, or product conditions not meeting the stated requirements.  

Product Appearance Variations:  

Product color, size, or visual details may vary slightly due to lighting or device screen display;  such differences are not considered product defects and are not grounds for return.  

Force Majeure:  

Bold & Gold shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations caused by events  beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation  disruptions, government regulations, or disease outbreaks.  

Governing Law:  

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any  disputes shall be resolved primarily through mutual discussion.  

Information Disclaimer:  

Bold & Gold strives to present product information accurately but shall not be responsible for  minor typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or technical specification discrepancies.  

Enforcement:  

By making a transfer to our account, the Buyer is deemed to have understood and agreed to all  these terms and conditions.  

Amendments:  

Bold & Gold reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior  notice.

Use Natural Cleaning Products:  

To maintain surface quality, use only gentle, natural cleaning products. Avoid harsh chemicals  or abrasive cleaners that may damage the product’s outer coating. Choose mild, alcohol-free  cleaning solutions.  

Clean with Warm Soapy Water:  

Use warm soapy water and a microfiber cloth to clean the product’s surface. Wipe gently  following the grain of the product at least once or twice a week to maintain its shine and prevent  stain buildup.  

Use Diluted Toothpaste:  

For hard-to-reach areas or slightly dull spots, apply diluted toothpaste with a soft cloth, then  rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.  

Dry Properly:  

After each use, immediately dry all product surfaces with a soft, dry cloth to avoid water stains,  mold, and potential light corrosion.  

Flush Pipes Before First Use:  

If the product is installed in a new building or after renovations, ensure the entire piping system  is flushed beforehand to prevent sand, cement, or debris from entering and damaging the  product’s internal components.  

Avoid Harsh Chemicals:  

Do not use cleaners containing ammonia, alcohol, bleach, or mineral-based solvents. If  accidental contact occurs, rinse immediately with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.  

Avoid Excessive Salt Exposure:  

Exposure to salt, whether from sea air or salty water vapor, can damage the surface and  accelerate corrosion. Avoid using the product in coastal or marine environments without  additional protection.  

Avoid Rough Cloths and Brushes: 

Use a soft cloth when cleaning. Do not use abrasive sponges, wire brushes, or other materials  that could scratch or erode the surface.  

Avoid Sharp Objects:  

Keep the product away from direct contact with sharp or hard objects that can cause scratches,  cracks, or permanent damage.  

Use Clean Water and Consider a Water Filter:  

If the water source contains coarse particles or high mineral content (hard water), consider  using a water filter to protect the product’s internal system from blockages or long-term damage.  

Do Not Spray Disinfectants Directly on the Surface:  

If disinfecting is necessary, spray onto a cloth first rather than directly onto the product. Certain  disinfectants may damage the finish if sprayed directly too often.  

Follow These Guidelines to Maintain Warranty:  

It is important to follow all maintenance instructions to keep the product in optimal condition.  Damage caused by neglect or the use of unapproved cleaning products may void the product  warranty.
